The owners hereby agree to permit examination and treatment by a Veterinary surgeon nominated by them, in case of urgent need, and accept responsibility for payment for

services rendered.

Animals that are not picked up within 7 days after the pick up dated will be impounded unless notified by the owners that the duration of boarding is to be extended.
